In ancient mythology across all cultures, the honey bee was believed to be the sacred insect that bridged the natural world to the underworld. 

We are often told - “I Just Want Regular Honey” or asked - “What is Single-Origin Honey?”

Honey is as old as written history, dating back to 2100 B.C. where it was mentioned in Sumerian and Babylonian cuneiform writings, the Hittite code, Egyptian hieroglyphics and the Rig Veda.

Since the Stone Age, humans have used Honey as both a food and a medicine.
