Recipe: The 4pm Energy Drink

4 pm is usually when your stomach craves for snacks, many a times unhealthy snacks. While the chips, burgers and aerated drinks might seem tempting, they really aren’t good for your health – and you know that!

So here’s a healthier alternative, with your favorite UTMT honey as a key ingredient in it!

You will need:

1 tablespoon UTMT Organic Honey (of your choice)

1 ripe Banana

¼ cup of fresh orange juice

1 cup of fresh strawberries

You will then:

Mix the ingredients in a blender until it forms a unified concoction. If you want a thinner drink, add some more orange juice to it.
